Vienna - Austrian Nordic combined skier Alfred Rainer was being kept in an artificial coma at a hospital in Innsbruck after suffering severe head injuries from a paragliding accident. Rainer crashed from 20m above the ground and suffered a craniocerebral injury, a bruised lung and several broken leg bones, the Austrian Ski Federation said on Friday.
