Gary Kirsten, India's coach, suffered bereavement when his mother, Gayl Hall, died of lung cancer in a Cape Town hospital. She was 64. Kirsten had flown to South Africa on Tuesday, mid-way through India's tour of Sri Lanka, to be with his mother.
