Davis Barren Circuit Court The following pleas were entered in Barren Circuit Court on Monday, July 21: n Cynthia H. Cross, 44, of Edmonton, pleaded guilty to charges of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or false statement regarding prescription and persistent felony offender, second degree. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 25. n Jeremy A. Depp, 29, of Glasgow, pleaded guilty in three separate cases, to charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree (cocaine); possession of a controlled substance, first degree (cocaine), two counts; possession of marijuana.
