EA inks deal with Hollywood to turn games into movies

If comics can be transformed into successful movies (a la Superman, Batman and Spiderman), why not games? Electronic Arts (EA) wants to do just that and has signed with a major Hollywood agency, the United Talent Agency. The United Talent Agency boasts an impressive roster of talent, including Johnny Depp, Harrison Ford, Gwen Stefani and many more. So far, the gaming industry hasn't had major Hollywood success with movies like Mario Brothers, Doom, Silent Hill and others.
