CREDIT card crime in parts of north Kent is among the worst in the country according to a new report. Fraud specialist firm, The 3rd Man, have teamed up with directory company, 192business.com, to publish research listing the major hotspots for card fraud. The study found that Dartford was the 10th worst town in the UK with 1400 of its 229,914 card transactions proving to be fraudulent. Postcodes areas DA1, DA11, DA17 and DA18 were particularly bad with DA8 topping the pile with 630 examples of card fraud among its 16,048 transactions.
