Woman, son found dead at home in alleged murder-suicide

SEKI, Gifu -- A woman and her son were found dead with stab wounds at their home here early Thursday in an alleged murder-suicide, police said. At around 6:30 a.m., a 34-year-old woman and her 10-year-old son were found collapsed at their home by her mother, according to investigators. Officers pronounced them dead at the scene.
