Bouygues' Colas buys building materials group in French Antilles

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Colas, the roadbuilding unit of Bouygues SA , said it acquired the Gouyer group of companies in Martinique and Guadeloupe, a producer and distributor of construction materials.
