Fernando Barboza and Claudia Songy

Mr. and Mrs. Randall Songy of Lafayette are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Claudia Marie Songy, to Fernando Barboza, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnbrosio Barboza of Wichita Falls, Texas. The couple will be united in a nuptial mass on August 30, 2008, at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Lafayette. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Lafayette High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is a registered nurse with Pediatric Physicians in Roswell, Georgia.
