Press Trust of India KOHIMA, July 19: In a show of solidarity on the Inner Line Permit (ILP) system, Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh have resolved to seek its continuation, after a ruling by the Guwahati High Court nullified the arrest of some non-Mizos for violation of the ILP. A 15-member Mizoram delegation headed by law minister Mr H Rammawi yesterday visited met Nagaland chief minister Mr Nephiu Rio, home minister Mr Imkong Imchen, senior government officials, representatives of NGO and student bodies following the June 12 interim order of the Gauhati High Court. Seeking support from other North Eastern states for continuation of the ILP system, the Mizoram delegation, also met their counterparts in Arunachal Pradesh and All Assam Student Union (AASU) in Guwahati, Mr H Rammawi told newsmen here.
