It was the most depressing news conference so far of the summer tour of the Television Critics Association. The CW's slide in ratings has intensified speculation that it's a dead network airing. But Dawn Ostroff on Saturday cited problems with Nielsen Media Research's counting of the audience. "Every viewer must be counted, and no viewer should be left behind," Ostroff said.
