Cairo - The chairperson of an emergency Arab League meeting says a decision by the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to charge Sudan's president with genocide and war crimes is setting a dangerous precedent. Djibouti Foreign Minister Chairperson Mahmoud Ali Youssef said the 10 charges against President Omar al-Bashir would have dangerous repercussions for the entire region.
