International Criminal Court to announce details of new Darfur case next week THE ASSOCIATED PRESS THE HAGUE, Netherlands - The International Criminal Court says a prosecutor will name one or more new suspects in crimes committed in Darfur in the past five years. The court says the prosecutor will present evidence to judges on Monday of crimes committed throughout the Sudanese region. The court didn't say who will be identified as a suspect in the document or give any details of the charges. Judges can issue a summons or arrest warrant for any suspects named by prosecutors if they think the evidence merits such a move. Even so, the Hague-based court is unlikely to get its hands on any new suspects any time soon.
