Rice will receive Bulgaria's highest order "Stara Planina", First Degree, to be presented to her by President Georgi Parvanov at an official ceremony. The US official will be awarded over her contribution to freeing the Bulgarian medics jailed in Libya and for her support for Bulgaria's NATO membership.
