GLASGOW — Cathy Botts got to see her new business partners in action after tearing a knee ligament last October. One of the instructors at Extreme Fitness for Women, Botts was working to secure a partnership between her wellness center and T.J. Samson Community Hospital. The goal was to create a state-of-the-art facility where individuals could receive physical therapy following an injury or surgery. After her injury, Botts gave the physical therapists a chance. “I thought, ‘I’m going to rehab with these people that we’re tentatively going to be working with,’” she said. “So I got to see firsthand how wonderful the physical therapists were.” The new facility, Botts said, is divided between the Extreme Health Club and the T.J.
