Moyes makes United midfielder Fletcher his top priority of the summer

Everton manager David Moyes is trying to persuade Manchester United to sell midfielder Darren Fletcher. Moyes is lining up a £4million bid for the Scotland international, according to The Sun. The Toffees boss wants to kick off his summer spending by signing Fletcher, who played a significant part in United claiming the Premier League crown last season.
