AMIR Khan says he would love a British title showdown with the winner of Friday night's Manchester "derby" showdown between John Murray and Lee Meager. And he feels it would be a great contest to mark his first appearance at the Manchester Evening News Arena on September 6 when he shares top billing with WBO super-featherweight champ Alex Arthur. Murray has already thrown down the gauntlet to Khan, suggesting that the Olympic hero has yet to prove he is the best lightweight in Greater Manchester so has no right to be talking about possible world titles.
