Singer-turned-radio host JASON DONOVAN broke broadcasting rules when he publicly backed politician BORIS JOHNSON to be London mayor, an official body has ruled. Donovan spoke in support of the Conservative candidate, who took over the English capital's mayoral reigns from Ken Livingstone in May (08).
