New Newcastle managing director Derek Llambias insists speculation owner Mike Ashley is looking to sell the club is 'utter nonsense'. Reports last week claimed American investors InterMedia Partners had been approached about a possible takeover of the club. And on Monday Newcastle were forced to deny reports they were in talks with the Saudi Binladen Group (SBG) - a company run by Osama bin Laden's half-brother. A third investment group, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), has also been linked with Newcastle, who Ashley bought for £134.4million just last summer. But Llambias, promoted from deputy chairman following the departure of Chris Mort last month, insists the current regime is committed to the club.
