By Telegraph staff and Agencies Newcastle United's managing director Derek Llambias has dismissed suggestions that owner Mike Ashley is looking to sell the club. "Reports last week claimed American investors InterMedia Partners had been approached about a possible takeover of the club, which Ashley bought for £134.4 million last summer before spending £100 million in paying off debts and strengthening the squad.
