SILVERSTONE, England: Lewis Hamilton's British Grand Prix win has restored the momentum to his season, according to McLaren chief Martin Whitmarsh. Hamilton had come in for a fair amount of criticism after failing to score a single point in his previous two races but he made light of treacherous conditions to reinvigorate his season with a crushing win at Silverstone on Sunday. Hamilton won the race by over a minute, lapping all but two of the other drivers that finished the race and is now back on top of the world championship, albeit alongside Ferrari duo Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa. Whitmarsh believes that Hamilton has now regained the momentum he had lost over the last month and is expecting McLaren to deliver another good weekend at Hockenheim in two week's time.
