Jul 8 2008 by Simon Thomas, Western Mail WALES coach Warren Gatland has received his second scrum-half boost in the space of a week, with Dwayne Peel set to be fit for the start of the new season. Last week, it was revealed that Ospreys star Mike Phillips will be back playing in time for the autumn internationals after undergoing knee reconstruction. And now his Wales rival Peel has handed Gatland further good news by declaring he is well on the road to recovery himself.
