Supporters of woman due to be removed to Nigeria with her partner and 18-month-old daughter say she hopes to have a judicial review of the decision. Kemi Ayinde, 24, who is five months pregnant, was living in Cardiff when she lost her claim for asylum and was taken to a detention centre last month. The Home Office has booked the family on a flight from Gatwick on Tuesday. Cardiff Council's deputy leader Neil McEvoy called the removal "disgusting" as Ms Ayinde has health problems. He and Cardiff Council leader Rodney Berman have written to Home Secretary Jacqui Smith urging her to rethink the family's removal.
