[letter] U.S. military, not Colombia, conducted rescue of FARC hostages

While Ingrid Betancourt's and the 14 other hostage's rescue are to be praised, and Venezuela was right in doing so, it was an operation that was not carried out by Colombian forces as widely (mis)reported, but by occupying U.S. military.
