AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN ) -- A Round Rock neighborhood spent Saturday saying "thanks" to local law enforcement. The "Kensington Park" neighborhood celebrated a recent drop in crime rate with a morning picnic. Awards were also given out to the police, fire and parks department.
