By Nick Mathiason and Heather Stewart Angel Gurria, head of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the world's foremost economic and policy forum, is undoubtedly suave. He is a member of the only club in Mexico that plays cricket (Reformer Athletic Club. Patrons: The Queen and Prince Philip).
