Laura Robson became Britain's first junior girls' champion for 24 years after an incredible victory over Thailand's Noppawan Lertcheewakarn. The fourteen year romped to the first set 6-3, and despite taking a break early in the second, was made to fight by her opponent, the third seed. Consequently, Lertcheewakarn grappled the second set with a performance full of power and positive tennis, as nerves spread through the Court One crowd. But they need not have worried, as after Robson held the first service game, she barely looked back, romping to a 6-1 victory. She's done it! Robson wins at Wimbledon 1732: THIRD SET 6-1 Robson.
