By Herald staff Saturday, July 5, 2008 - Added 12m ago Arthur F. “Whitey” Stenberg of Cambridge, a Korean War veteran and a retired truck driver, died June 26 at his home. He was 72. Born in Boston, Mr. Stenberg was raised in Jamaica Plain. He lived in Cambridge for many years. Mr. Stenberg was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Army. He was a retired truck driver and a member ofworked with the Teamsters Local 122 at Anheuser-Busch. He was a member of the UAV in Cambridge. Mr. Stenberg is survived by his brother, E. Brickley of Duxbury, and a nephew, Eric of Plymouth. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John’s Church, Cambridge. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
