In honor of the holiday, I thought I'd feature some "All-American" baby names: Presidents One of the best places to look for names with American associations is past U.S. leaders. The presidents' first names have largely been classics (John, James, William, etc.) but several -- like Millard, Rutherford, and Woodrow -- have really stuck out.
