The Caucasian based media is looking for any old thing to criticize Obama about and I really wish they would find something concrete. He said he would have us out of Iraq in 16 months. So it might take 17 months or 18 months. Let's even say 2 years. But it's not 100 years. He also said that the Iraqi people should by now be able to fend for themselves. It has been almost 7 years. They should have a self-sufficient military. What the American people and the media should ask is why the Bush administration has not taught the people there how to take care of themselves. By now that should be able to "leap tall buildings in a single bound". I want an answer to that question. No wonder Ms. Rice said in a recent interview, "I'm leaving. Eight years is enough".
