By: THE CANADIAN PRESS REGINA - A former Saskatchewan civil servant has been sentenced to 15 months in jail for stealing money from the government to feed her gambling addiction. Brenda Oates, who was an executive assistant in a branch of the Environment Department, faces one year of probation after she is released.
