GP2 » Senna surges to second straight pole. Friday, 4th July 2008 Bruno Senna scores his second straight pole position at Silverstone - although he doesn't crash as he crosses the line this time... Bruno Senna has taken his second consecutive GP2 Series pole position after two late yellow flags prevented anyone else from challenging him. The Brazilian, who is currently second in the standings, scores two points for his efforts too and moves closer to championship leader Giorgio Pantano. Looking to score a home pole position for the iSport International crew, Senna hit the top of the timesheets after around 15 minutes having spent much of the session disputing second place with Lucas di Grassi.
