Norwegian government leaders and environmentalists alike are all but scoffing over some unexpected -- and unjustified -- praise doled out to them by American arch-conservative Newt Gingrich. Environmental activist Frederic Hauge said he really wondered who Newt Gingrich had been talking to in Norway.
