Keith Urban has reportedly dropped $73,000 on a Cartier Trinity ring for pregnant wife Nicole Kidman. The country singer intends to present the band - which symbolises the three stages of a relationship: friendship, love and fidelity - to Nicole in the delivery room, according to insiders.
