By: 680News staff, with reports from Jaime Pulfer Three young Toronto men died and a woman escaped with minor injuries after their car plunged into the Joseph River, Thursday night, near Port Carling. Police identified the dead as Tyler Mulcahy and Cory Mintz, both 20-years-old, and 19-year-old Kourosh Totonchian. Nastasia Elzinga, 19, also of Toronto, survived and was treated for minor injuries. The accident occurred around 7 p.m. Police said the vehicle skidded across the lanes, hit a guard rail, flipped over and plunged into the lake. OPP Const. Pam Higham told 680News such fatalities are tragically common. "It's an unfortunate trend that we see up in this area.
