By PATRICIA SIMMS and MATTHEW DeFOUR Madison police found the suspected killer of Joel Marino by putting together a puzzle: following up a tip in March, showing photo lineups to witnesses and finally matching DNA found at the crime scene. Adam Peterson, 20, charged with the stabbing at Marino's home at 714 West Shore Drive on Jan. 28, was identified by a man who had spotted him working at Capitol Centre Foods. The man believed Peterson fit the description of the killer police were circulating and called authorities March 16, according to the application for a search warrant filed by Madison police in Washington County, Minn., on Friday.
