MINSK (Reuters) - About 40 people were injured by an explosion in Belarus' capital during a concert celebrating Independence Day early Friday morning, police and witnesses said. A police official said the explosion occurred a little after midnight local time (10 p.m. British time), adding: "Around 40 people have been injured". He was not able to say if anyone was killed or how serious the injuries were. The cause of the explosion had not been determined, he said.
