By James Quinn, Wall Street Correspondent Yahoo! is considering offering Carl Icahn two seats on its board to avoid an all-out clash at its annual meeting next month. The internet search company, which is in the midst of a series of on-off takeover talks with Microsoft, is believed to be contemplating the move to stop the corporate activist from continuing with his campaign to remove all nine Yahoo! directors from the board and replace them with his own. However, the move is unlikely to appease the septuagenarian corporate raider, who is understood to want a minimum of four seats on the board. The partial white flag was first reported by respected technology blogger Kara Swisher on her D: All Things Digital blog. Having four out of nine seats on the board would probably give Mr Icahn enough control to push through the changes...
