Here is the big news!I’ve sent communications to Brian Moore GOP Chair of the Christiana-Millcreek Region that I am withdrawning from the Republican Party and moving my support to the Democrats. This means I will also be giving up my position as Republican Chairperson for the 19th Representative District and a member of the state committee.Why the change?Though I do support the concept of charter schools to the extent of better funding and rights to Conduit Grants and oppose school districts from approving charter applications and legislators from sitting on charter school boards and committee, I also support traditional public schools.There appears to be a Republican agenda to promote more charter schools and as a Republican answer to a Delaware failing public schools system.
