MADRID, Spain (AP) - Saudi Arabia's top oil official says his country doesn't have any immediate plans to boost crude output because there's no need to do so. But Saudi Oil Minister Ali Al-Naimi says he's concerned about the price level and suggests that the kingdom would raise production if the kingdom perceives the basics of the situation have changed and supply no longer meets demand. Speaking at the World Petroleum Congress in Spain, Al-Naimi says all his country's oil buyers are "satisfied and happy." A recent Saudi pledge to put out an additional 200,000 barrels a day this month hasn't cooled oil prices, which have soared past $145 a barrel for the first time.
