UPDATE: Suspects in McCalla Murder Returned to WV

Posted Thursday, July 3, 2008 ; 03:27 PM Updated Thursday, July 3, 2008 ; 03:37 PM Stephen Wilson and Daniel Smith arraigned in Wayne County Story by Deanne Stein WAYNE -- A federal officer and deputy with the Wayne County Sheriff's Department transported Stephen Wilson and Daniel Smith to Wayne County on Thursday. Both men were arrested on Friday night in Columbus and charged with being a fugitive from justice. The two were arraigned Thursday afternoon in Wayne County before Magistrate Dave Ferguson. Both were charged with first degree murder for the June 19th shooting death of minister Mark McCalla. Wilson and Smith are being held at the Western Regional Jail in Cabell County. No bond has...
