"Courts not competent to rule on Kosovo"

BONNE -- Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu says that international courts are not competent to deal with the issue of Kosovo’s independence. Sejdiu made the comments after President Boris Tadić announced that Serbia would ask the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to conduct a full legal analysis of Kosovo’s declaration of independence.
