BONNE -- Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu says that international courts are not competent to deal with the issue of Kosovo’s independence. Sejdiu made the comments after President Boris Tadić announced that Serbia would ask the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to conduct a full legal analysis of Kosovo’s declaration of independence. Sejdiu thinks that this is a “wrong approach.” “It’s a bad approach by Serbia, and its president too,” Sejdiu told Deutsche Welle, adding that the entire international community was involved in the process of Kosovo’s independence.
