Rate posted is on a monthly rate with cash. This campground charges additional if you pay with a check or even more with a credit card. Lots of long term campers here, although 99% are very neat and tidy. Apparently new foreign owners are not re-investing back into the pack however, and it is going to run down quickly consequently. Not enough washer and dryers in the laundry room. As someone below mentioned, lots of signs, but not enforced most of the time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel. We have stayed in this park many times over the years. Since new owners took over a few years ago, things have constantly gone down hill. The park has great potential but it is not being used and things are deteriorating. We used to use the bathrooms on a regular basis, but not anymore.
