Only shade is for back-in sites filled with long-term occupants. There is wi-fi available, but it does not work very well and if you inquire at the office, the owner is very rude about it. There is a nice fish pond, but nothing for children to play on. Sites were not well-maintained, needed mowing. Owner dragged interior roads after a rain with a noisy golf cart just after 8 a.m. Would probably not stay here again unless necessary. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel. We had reservations and had checked several times to see if they still had our reservations. We had driven all day from Western Kansas. We were very tired. We found they had sold our site for more money. We had got there around 3 pm in the evening. The owner of park was very rude.
