Lawyers have argued over whether accused murderer Tony Mokbel's criminal charges and his claim he was extradited illegally from Greece should be heard together. Dressed in a white open-neck shirt and black suit jacket, Mokbel appeared via videolink in a Melbourne court on Thursday as lawyers argued over a timetable for his future court hearings. Mokbel's lawyer Mirko Bagaric has argued his client is being held in Australia unlawfully because he was returned to Australia from Greece before his appeal against extradition to the European Court of Human Rights was finalised.
