The deal, with Clear Channel Radio and Premiere Radio Networks, comes during the 20th year of The Rush Limbaugh Show and is among the most lucrative in broadcasting history. It is also a reminder of Mr Limbaugh’s enormous value to the US’s ailing radio industry even as pundits have suggested his political influence may be waning.
