DANCE IS POWER: Folk dancers show what they can do at pre-concerts for the Latvian Song and Dance Festival 2008. It is estimated that one-fifth of the population will be attending the sold out performances. The disappointingly chilly summer is about to warm up with the eighth annual Riga’s Ritmi Jazz Festival.
