The United Way board announced today Margaret O'Neal will be the new executive director. The position is left open by the former director Linda Lugar -- who served the organization for 5 years, and will be retiring. O'Neal is leaving her position as public relations director for Hospice to work with the United Way. "Linda has really taken the United Way in a new direction, in a great direction.
