LAWYERS for accused murderer and convicted drug trafficker Tony Mokbel will fight his extradition from Greece in the Victorian Supreme Court today. After fleeing Australia in 2006, Mokbel was arrested in Greece last year and flown back to Melbourne following his extradition. His lawyers will argue the extradition should not have been allowed while Mokbel had an appeal pending in the European Court of Human Rights.
