Fire chief: Illegal fireworks sold in Idaho 'ridiculous'

There's a discrepancy in Idaho law that lets people buy fireworks they're not allowed to set off, and it's creating a headache for law enforcement. "Unfortunately the state law allows a loop hole. They sign this form that says they're going to take them for interstate commerce, they're going to take them to another state where they're legal and haul them out of here," said Doug Strosnider, Nampa's Deputy Fire Chief.
