Russian authorities told TNK-BP in Moscow that its foreign workers won't have their work visas renewed, company sources said. If the issue is unresolved and TNK-BP's foreign workers are mandated to leave the country -- including Chief Executive Officer Robert Dudley -- BP, formerly British Petroleum, may need to forfeit control of its profitable venture, The New York Times reported Tuesday. Jointly owned by four Russian billionaires and BP, TNK-BP began in 2003 and earned $24.9 billion in revenue and a net profit of $5.7 billion in 2007, the Times reported.
